Arizona, Texas, Idaho

For Thanksgiving Tyler, Jon, Sandi, and I all drove down to Arizona to see the family. We had such a great time seeing cousins, aunt, uncles, and grandparents. Tyler and I have not been down there since we got married. Anyway, We got there Wednesday morning and left Sunday morning. We got back to Oklahoma on Sunday night, and then on Wednesday we left to go down to Dallas. Tyler went up to Idaho to see his family. On Saturday I run in the Rudolph run with the family (5k) I ran my fastest 5k in 20.13. I also won first place! Tyler got back Monday and we drove back to Oklahoma.

So last weekend for my birthday I was able to go down to San Antonio with my sister Amy, her husband and boys, and my brothers family. We got down there Thursday night and walked around the river walk. On Friday we went to the Alamo, and walked around. Then on my birthday (Saturday) my sister in law and I went and ran a half marathon (13.1 miles). My time was 1:45min, and my sister in laws time was 1:52min. Might I add that this was her first time running a race. Anyway after our race we met up with the rest of the group at Sea World (I finally got to pet a dolphin) After a full day at Sea World we made the drive back to Dallas.

When I got home on Sunday Tyler had a nice surprise for me... He shot an 8 point buck while I was gone. We made some beef jerkey with some of the meat, and I must say it is pretty good!

A sad day

Yesterday was a very sad day. I woke up got my cereal and went into the living room to watch a little tv, just like every saturday morning. About 10 minute into my HGTV program I got a text from my little sister it read, Puppy ran off and we cant find him. If any of you know my family, puppy is our family dog we have had him for about 11 years. He is a little blind pug with VERY bad asthma. He can barley make it 100 yards on a walk before we have to pick him up and carry him the rest of the way. Anyway, my family looked for him all day yesterday, but the still have not found the poor guy.

Our 2 year Anniversary Trip!!!

So I finally got the pictures back from our cruise!!! We went back in May of this year... We went to Jamaica, Cozumel, and the Grand Caymans. It was probably the best trip ever. Anyway, here are some pictures hope you enjoy.

My last half marathon!!

Not much is going on here in Oklahoma... Tylers business is getting up and going. He has been getting a lot of work around here. I guess thats a plus of living in a small town, word travels fast. As for me I am just getting ready for my half marathon coming up on the 11 of this month. My sister in law talked me into running with her because it is her first. It will be fun!

The house projects are coming along great. It seems to go slower now that there are no major projects to do.

Tyler is very excited about hunting season starting up here in a few days. He has met this guy that is letting him go on his land, so he is happy about that.
